Halogen Software's principles of integrity, honesty, and respect for people must be applied in all dealings with its employees. Halogen's reputation, together with the trust and confidence of its dedicated employees is a most vital asset.
Halogen and all employees will respect the basic human rights of all. When dealing with one another, we will diligently conduct ourselves in a manner that is based upon mutual respect for the dignity of the individuals, and in an honest fashion. Our employees will not be subjected to any form of harassment, neither in earnest nor in jest, and those who contravene this will be dealt with swiftly and appropriately.
This code is intended to foster an environment of mutual respect and honesty in the operation of Halogen Software. Employees of Halogen Software are encouraged to report any potential improper/unethical or illegal conduct that they become aware of at the workplace or in the execution of their responsibilities to Human Resources.
