Halogen Software to Host First Annual User Conference in September 2006
More than a dozen educational sessions offered to enable customers to maximize their employee performance management system

OTTAWA - August 21st, 2006 - Halogen Software Inc., the leading provider of Web-based employee performance management (EPM) software, will kick off its First Annual User Conference, September 17th, 2006. Halogen's user conference will feature Christopher D. Lee, Associate Vice Chancellor for Human Resource Services with the Virginia Community College System as the keynote speaker.
The conference will deliver more than a dozen educational sessions, many featuring current Halogen customers including: Amcor Sunclipse, ASCG Incorporated, KnowledgeBase Marketing, Parkview Health System, Phoenix Children's Hospital and SAVVIS.

The Conference is designed to enable customers to learn from and work with peers, who have implemented the Halogen EPM Suite, to maximize new product features and contribute to discussions on the future of the Halogen EPM Suite. Customers will enjoy sessions addressing best practices including using Halogen eAppraisal to integrate key performance indicators (KPI) with goal management, enhance career development, and manage disciplinary actions.
