The suite requires a web application server(s) and database server. The following servers and environments are supported:

- Windows, UNIX or Linux OS as required by these application servers
Database Server
- Microsoft SQL Server 2000, 2005, or 2008 (Standard, Workgroup or Enterprise) **Please note that Version 9.0 will be the last to support Microsoft SQL Server 2000.
- Oracle 9i or 10g (Standard or Enterprise Edition)
- Oracle JDBC driver or SQL Server JDBC driver
- Windows, UNIX or Linux OS as required by these database servers.
Learning Content Storage
- A separate storage solution may be considered depending on the customer's disk space requirements for learning content accessed by Halogen eLMS™.
